Monmouth Reform Temple (MRT), Tinton Falls, will host Modern Orthodox Rabbi Shmuly Yanklowitz for its annual Shabbat Kallah; he will lead three talks on “Finding Our Roots in Sacred Text.”

Yanklowitz, who has been named one of the 50 most influential rabbis in America, is the author of “Pirkei Avot — A Social Justice Commentary.”

Following 10 a.m. services, he will present “Jewish Pluralism: How Can We Disagree But Remain One People?” A buffet lunch will follow, and at 12:45 p.m. he will present “Where Is Our Moral Courage?” and at 2:30, “Interfaith Engagement: The Dignity of Difference.”
