Howard Schwartzer, a real estate broker with Weichert Realtors, will present a program on factors to consider when selling or buying a home on Sunday, Jan. 27, at 10 a.m. at Congregation Beth Ohr, Old Bridge. He will be assisted by Jeffrey Schwartz, Weichert mortgage adviser, and Jeffrey Lehman, real estate attorney.
