Dr. Efraim Chalamish, a law professor at New York University, will present “Israel’s Global Alliances” at a program of the Orthodox Forum of Edison/Highland Park on Saturday, Feb. 9, at 8 p.m. at Congregation Ohav Emeth, Highland Park.

Chalamish, an international economic law professor, adviser, and commentator, is a senior adviser with Duff and Phelps, and was the founder and president of the Global Center for Economic Development and Security.
