J-SERVE

J-SERVE, the International Day of Jewish Teen Service for teens in 6th-12th grade, will be held 1-5 p.m. at Shalom Torah Academy, Morganville.

Teens may earn community service hours from experiences that include meeting with Holocaust survivors, crafting matzah covers and painting hamsas for home-bound seniors, learning to advocate on social justice issues and combat hate; creating dog toys for rescue dogs; and participating in a Pay It Forward telethon.
