Joel Chasnoff to perform at Suburban Torah Center’s Annual dinner

Comedian and author ​Joel ​Chasnoff will be performing at the Suburban Torah Center’s annual dinner on March 17th at the Crystal Plaza at 6:30pm.

​Joel has performed more than 1000 shows for Jewish organizations in 10 countries. His best-selling memoir about his service in the Israeli Army is called The 188th Crybaby Brigade: A Skinny Jewish Boy from Chicago Fights Hezbollah.

​He has performed his one man show about the quirks and nuances of everything Israel – from kosher combat rations to the challenges of being married to a Sabra. His new show, Israel – What’s the Story?​ is an​ interactive-theatre show where he plays four characters, to facilitate discussion about Israel​. ​

Joel follows each performance with a Q&A about comedy, the Israeli Army, and various aspects of life in the Jewish state. Joel is a master fundraiser, educator, and entertainer!
