The Holocaust Council of Greater MetroWest will host a discussion of the exhibit “13 Driver’s Licenses: 13 Jewish Lives” on Thursday, July 18, at 11:30 a.m. at the Aidekman Family Jewish Community Campus, Whippany. The exhibit opened on July 15 and will continue through July 31.
Livingston resident Inge Stanton, a native of Lichtenfels, Germany, will discuss the discovery of an envelope containing 13 driver’s licenses confiscated from Jewish citizens of Germany in 1938. Three of the licenses belonged to Stanton’s relatives.
