Mordechai Rosenstein Artist in Residence

$18 – $36The East Brunswick Jewish Center will host Mordechai Rosenstein from October 31-November 4, 2018, as its Artist-in-Residence, with events open to the community. Call Ellen at 732-257-7070 for specific details of daily events.
There will be a Shabbat dinner on Friday, November 2, 2018 at 6:30 PM following the traditional service (5:30 PM) and a discussion with Rosenstein “My Journey as an Artist.” Dinner costs $18 for an adult and $10 per child ages 5-12. Please register in advance by calling Ellen at (732)257-7070.
On Saturday, November 3, 2018, there will be Shabbat Service D’var Torah “Torah Paints a Picture” followed by kiddush and an informal discussion and at night all are welcome to enjoy Pinot & Painting “Make & Take Art” at 8:30 PM. Bring a smock to wear while creating your own colorful artwork. Learn about Rosentstein’s insights behind his vibrant creations and enjoy some nosh and dessert. $36 per person/BYO Kosher wine or pre-order wine from EBJC mitzvah corps. Limited number available for sale that evening.
