Local author and storyteller Joellen Bard (“Stories My Friends Love to Hear”) will speak at a National Council of Jewish Women: Metro Jersey Section event on Sunday, Feb. 10, at 2:30 p.m. at the JCC of Middlesex County, Edison. Light refreshments will be served.
