Yoga for Girls and their Mothers/Female Caregivers

Jewish Family Service of Central NJ’s Halpern Building, Elizabeth, meets weekly, 6:30-8 p.m. through Dec. 17. The program, “Strengthening Bonds Through Yoga,” is geared for girls 11+ and their mothers/female caregivers.
