JFSCNJ/Alzheimer’s NJ offers virtual caregiver support

Jewish Family Service of Central NJ joins Alzheimer’s New Jersey to offer a free monthly virtual Alzheimer’s/Dementia caregiver support group. It will meet on Wednesdays, September 10, October 9 (Thursday), November 12, and December 10, from 1 to 2:15 p.m.

Debbie Rosenwein, LCSW, from the JFSCNJ Older Adult Services Department, will lead the free group, open to community Alzheimer’s/dementia caregivers and run in accordance with the Alzheimer’s NJ guidelines. The group is not for those with dementia.

JSCNJ also has the Coffee House — a socialization day program for those who have memory loss, Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the JFSCNJ Halpern Building in Elizabeth.
