Monroe Somer

Monroe Somer, 100, of Swampscott, Mass., died Feb. 26, 2016. He was formerly of Orange, Conn., and Delray Beach, Fla. 

Predeceased by his wife, Helen (Lebau), and a daughter, Susan Somer Parmalee, he is survived by a daughter, Margaret Somer of Swampscott; a sister-in-law, Ruth Lebau Brewster of Hillside; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. 

A memorial service was March 1 with arrangements by Stanetsky-Hymanson Memorial Chapel, Salem, Mass.
