The ice man stampeth

Israel hasn’t always been a high-tech wonderland and a shopper’s paradise.

In fact, once upon a time, it featured milk deliveries from the milkman, ice deliveries from the ice seller, and photographers who recorded images on silver iodide film, rather than digitally.
