Aaron Cohen
Aaron Cohen, 86, of Hopatcong and West Palm Beach, Fla., died April 5, 2012. He was born in New Haven, Conn., and raised his family in Westfield.
Mr. Cohen worked as a photographer before joining the residential development business founded by his father, where he then served as a property manager of a large apartment complex for over 35 years before retiring in 1996.
He graduated from Weequahic High School in Newark.
He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
Predeceased by his wife, Carol (Hirsch), he is survived by his daughter, Barbara Britton; two sons, Barry of Hopatcong and David; a sister, Roz Weiss; and a grandchild.
Services were held April 9 with arrangements by J.L. Apter Memorial Chapels of Cedar Grove.
