American female spies
To mark Women’s History Month, National Council of Jewish Women, Metro Jersey Section holds a program, “Female Spies of World War II,”. It’s on Sunday, March 10, at 1:30 p.m., at the JCC of Middlesex County in Edison,
The speaker, Alisa Dupuy, will impersonate Vera Atkins, a spymaster during World War II, who trained and recruited many spies.
A retired French teacher, Ms. Dupuy portrays 30 different women for her business, “The Ladies of History.”
