Arthur Reuben Shulman, 92, of Bayonne died on May 29.
He owned Shulman Fuel Company and was active in the Jewish community. He was treasurer of Congregation Ohav Zedek Synagogue and supported many institutions, including United Hebrew Schools, Yeshiva Gedolah of Bayonne, and P’Tach.
Predeceased by his children Joel and Robin, and his siblings, Ike, Herbie and Gladys Koppelman, he is survived by his wife, Marilyn (née Kaplan); his children; Fern Shulman Dembner (Harry), Ira (Tova), Charles (Melissa), his daughter-in-law Sharon Shulman, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Arrangements were by Bernheim Apter Kreitzman in Livingston.
