Artists and fashion inspire RPRY students
When students at Rabbi Pesach Raymon Yeshiva in Edison were creating their original works of art, they turned to the world of fashion and philately and artists like Picasso, Matisse, Warhol, Rousseau, Lichtenstein, and Chihuly for inspiration. On April 6 family members and friends came to the Annual RPRY Art Show to view the colorful results in the styles of Impressionism, Expressionism, Fauvism, and Op and Pop art. The gallery visitors expressed appreciation to the young artists and to RPRY art teacher Debby Waldman.
