Brain damage

Regarding “Business people see ‘high times’ ahead if NJ legalizes pot” (Feb. 15), there are scientific articles that indicate marijuana use damages the fetal brain. Should we have the next generation brain damaged before they are born so that we can balance the budget and make a profit? Is this our gift to the next generation?
