Brain health basics
The Jewish Family Service of Central New Jersey offers a Zoom program, “Brain Health Basics: Tips for Staying Sharp, Keeping Your Brain Fit and Reducing Cognitive Decline,” on Tuesday, June 22, at 11 a.m. The free program will be led by Alice Greenberg-Sheedy, who manages JFSCNJ Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementia program. Ms. Greenberg-Sheedy completed the masters of social work program at the Rutgers University School of Social Work, where she also obtained a certificate in aging and health.
The program is funded by the Lavy House Senior Resource Center and the Standish Foundation.
Everyone who registers and attends will be entered for a chance to win a $25 gift card to Trader Joe’s.
