Chamber music concert set for Sunday
Mostly Music presents a chamber music concert on Sunday, May 4, at 3:30 p.m., at Temple Emanu-El in Westfield. Mostly Music presents performances by renowned guest artists in a small, friendly setting. Before performing each work, the musicians offer musical and historical insights about the composers and their inspirations. The May 4 concert will feature Ani Kavafian, Ariel Horowitz, Oliver Neubauer, Paul Neubauer, Fred Sherry, and Janice Carissa, performing Brahms Piano Quintet in F Minor, Chausson Concerto for Piano, Violin and String Quartet, and the premiere of George Tsontakis’s “For Anyone Else.” The composer will be speaking at the performance.
