The Morris County section of the National Council of Jewish Women’s Clergy Series will return to the Morris County Library in Whippany, both in person and on Zoom. Rabbi Steven Bayar will lead the program, “Jewish Cultures in the United States: In Common and Divided,” on three Thursdays — September 28, October 5 and 12, at 2 p.m. Ilene Dorf Manahan and Melanie Levitan, both of Morristown, are NCJW’s program chairs.

Rabbi Bayar spent the last year in an interim position at Congregation Agudas Achim in San Antonio, Texas, where he gained a firsthand perspective on the topic, observing Jewish traditions in the South. Reservations are required at iadpr@aol.com.
