David Holder
David “Dave” Holder, 91, of Boynton Beach, Fla., died June 9, 2013. He was born in Newark.
Mr. Holder had a long career as an interior decorator.
He graduated from Weequahic High School, Newark, and studied at Parsons, The New School for Design.
He served in the U.S. Air Force as a navigator during World War II.
He enjoyed singing and performed regularly at his club, Hunter’s Run, in Florida.
He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Mildred (“Millie”); two daughters, Joan (Howard) Spielman and Tina (Michael) Weinstock; and five grandchildren.
Services were held June 12 with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Palm Beach County.
