Discussing the upcoming New Jersey election on Zoom
Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest offers “What’s at Stake in the Garden State?” a conversation with leaders in the Jewish and organized labor communities. It’s on Thursday, October 19, on Zoom, at 1 p.m., will be moderated by Jordana Horn Gordon, and will include a look at the issues in the November elections that are important to the community as well as a reminder about why voting is critical.
Panelists include Harris Laufer, the director of Jewish Federations of New Jersey; John Shea III, director of the New Jersey State AFL-CIO’s Committee on Political Education, and Michelle Bobrow of the League of Women Voters. The Jewish Community Relations Council, the Jewish Labor Committee, the Essex section of the National Council Jewish Women, and New Jersey State AFL-CIO are co-sponsors.
