Edith Civins
Edith Civins (Kaplan), 100, of Parkland, Fla., died Nov. 27, 2018. Born in Newark, she lived in Irvington and Clark before moving to Florida.
For 30 years, Mrs. Civins was employed as an administrative assistant for the real estate firm of H.H. Goldberg & Co., Irvington.
In Irvington, she was also active in the Webster Street Civic Association and Temple B’nai Israel.
Predeceased by her husband of many years, Milton, she is survived by three sons, Jeff (Katy) of Austin, Texas, Arnold (Jaclyn) of Scotch Plains, and Gary (Larisa) of Pompano Beach, Fla.; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Services were held Nov. 29 with arrangements by Menorah Chapels at Millburn, Union.
