Eleanor Fischer

Eleanor Fischer (Simpson), 85, of Manchester died March 27, 2011. She was born in Elizabeth and had also lived in Clark.

Mrs. Fischer worked as the registrar at Kean University, Union.

She was a member of Temple Beth O’r/Beth Torah, Clark.

Predeceased by her first husband, Benjamin Rosen, in 1973, she is survived by her husband, Fred; her son, Gary Rosen; two daughters, Cindy Staulpin and Cheryl Moore; her sister, Carole Beiner; and eight grandchildren.

Services were held March 28 with arrangements by Goldstein Funeral Chapel, Edison. Memorial contributions may be made to Haven Hospice at JFK Hospital, Edison.
