Explore an international culinary destination in the Galilee on Zoom
Congregation Adath Shalom in Morris Plains and the Jewish National Fund join to offer a program about the JNF’s efforts to create an international culinary tourist destination in Kiryat Shimona, in the upper Galilee. The program, on Zoom, is on Tuesday, Feb. 28, at 7 p.m., at the shul. JNF’s goal is to develop the area into an international culinary tourist destination. Participants will learn about the new, state-of-the-art Galilee Culinary Institute, the International Foodtech Center, and the Galilee Medical Center.
Guest speaker Sheryl Buchholtz, chair of JNF’s Galilee Culinary Institute, is a board-certified gerontological registered nurse, partner and chief clinical officer at Zimmet Healthcare Services Group in New Jersey, and a graduate of New York Cooking School and Institute for Culinary Education. She’s also a member of JNF’s Circle of Sapphire, Negev, and Century Council societies, the Makor Speakers Bureau, and the New York board of directors. For the zoom link, go to www.adathshalom.net.
