Harriet Dolgan

Harriet Dolgan (Rosenbaum) of Cliffside Park died Nov. 17, 2011.

She was a professional in the field of commercial insurance, working for agencies such as EMAR, Rockefeller Associates, and Marsh MAC.

She graduated from Union High School and attended Muhlenberg College before graduating from Rutgers University. She then attended New York University’s School of Law and Rutgers School of Law.

After her retirement, she shared her knowledge volunteering with SCORE as its northern New Jersey commercial insurance expert. She also volunteered as a committee member of the Winston Towers Jewish Holiday Association.

She is survived by her husband, Arthur; her son, Philip; a sister, Helene Sacharow; a brother, Joel Rosenberg; and many nieces and nephews.

Services were held Nov. 20 with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston. Memorial contributions may be made to Winston Towers Holiday Association, c/o Ray Kaplan, 300 Winston Drive, Cliffside Park, NJ 07010.
