Harriet Ritzer
Harriet Paget Ritzer, 82, of Livingston died Oct. 17, 2017. She was born and raised in the Bronx.
Mrs. Ritzer taught school in South Orange/Maplewood for 33 years.
She graduated from Bronx High School of Science and The City College of New York and received a master’s degree in education.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Jerry; her daughter, Erica (Steve) Kapiloff; her son, Adam; a sister, Myra Falk; a brother, Dan Paget; and five grandchildren.
Services were held Oct. 19 with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or JCC MetroWest, West Orange.
