Herman Glazer
Herman “Hy” Glazer, 87, of Somerset died April 28, 2015.
Mr. Glazer worked in the garment industry for 45 years, starting as a cutter before graduating to production manager and ultimately designer.
He served in the Navy during World War II and was stationed in China for two years.
He enjoyed boating, fishing, and both water and snow skiing. He also created paintings and sculptures and had a passion for singing.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Sandy; his son, Ira; his daughter, Ronda; and two grandchildren.
