Jewish Federation in the Heart of NJ, in partnership with the Two River Theater and Indie Street Film Festival, will present a film screening of “BlacKkKlansman” preceded by a discussion with Oscar-winning screenwriter David Rabinowitz, an East Brunswick native, on Sunday,
July 28, at 10:30 a.m. at Two River Theater, Red Bank. Register at vzit.co/Oscar-Movie.

There is a $10 suggested donation, with proceeds to benefit the federation and theater.

Rabinowitz will also participate in an Artist in Residence Program at East Brunswick Jewish Center on Thursday, July 25, a writer’s workshop, “So You Want to Be a Screenwriter,” 7-10 p.m.

Attendance will be limited to 10 participants from EBJC and 20 from the public (cost is $36). Tickets are required; register at vzit.co/Out-Oscar-Workshop.
