Irving Bronstein, 98, of Edison died Dec. 8, 2017. Born in Elizabeth, he resided in Roselle and Clark before settling in Iselin for many years.
Before his retirement 40 years ago, Mr. Bronstein was self-employed as a radio and television repair man in Elizabeth.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army who served in World War II.
He was active in the American Radio Relay League.
Predeceased by his wife, Shirley, and a daughter, Carol Kieval, he is survived by his son, Marvin (Nina) of South Plainfield; a daughter, Arleen (Arnold) Goldberg of Iselin; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services were held Dec. 10 with arrangements by Menorah Chapels at Millburn, Union. Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association.
