The Jewish Community Relations Council of New York announced the return of New York’s Celebrate Israel Parade, which was virtual for the last two years. This year, it will be live and in person. The world’s largest public gathering, called “Together Again — Kulanu B’Yachad,” honors the State of Israel and marches up Fifth Avenue, from 57th to 74th streets, from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Since 1965, hundreds of thousands of Jews and their supporters from across the world have come together to march in the JCRC-NY Celebrate Israel Parade, showing their love and support for the State of Israel. More than 40,000 marchers, dozens of floats, marching bands, and Jewish and Israeli musical performers are expected at this year’s parade.
Check local synagogues, JCCs, and organizations for participation information. The parade will be broadcast locally on Fox TV’s My9 network and around the world via livestream, with commentary from professional anchors provided by the news station.
