Jerome Miller
Jerome Paul (Jerry) Miller, 83, of Langhorne, Pa., died Feb. 19, 2016. He was born in Brooklyn.
Mr. Miller worked as an independent electrical contractor.
He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict, serving in the Army.
A past president of Temple Shalom in Levittown, Pa., he was a member of the Legion of Honor and the Chapel of Four Chaplains. After completing the Para Chaplaincy Program of the Philadelphia Board of Rabbis, he volunteered, visiting patients in nursing homes and at St. Mary’s Hospital.
Predeceased by his wife, Claire, and his daughter, Marci Miller Foley, he is survived by a grandson, Morgan Jacob (Jake) Foley.
Services were held Feb. 21 with arrangements by Orland’s Ewing Memorial Chapel, Ewing. Memorial contributions may be made to Shir Ami, Newtown, Pa.
