JFSCNJ offers online Passover interactive cooking demonstration
Kosher food blogger Sylvia Fallas leads a free, online interactive cooking demonstration for Jewish Family Service of Central New Jersey on Tuesday, March 28, at 7 p.m. Recipes include kosher for Passover mushroom and herb brisket, paprika potato wedges, honey harissa spatchcock chicken, and hazelnut ganache torte.
Ms. Fallas is a New York-based cooking instructor and recipe developer who teaches interactive cooking classes. The program is made possible by a grant from the JFNA Center on Holocaust Survivor Care and Institute on Aging and Trauma and the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ.
