Kosher food blogger Sylvia Fallas gives a free virtual interactive Passover cooking demonstration on March 31 at 3:30 p.m. The program, hosted by Jewish Family Service of Central New Jersey, includes a step-by-step guide to making kosher-for-Passover silan roasted carrots, overnight brisket, and gooey blondie bars.

Sylvia Fallas, a New York-based cooking instructor and recipe developer, teaches interactive cooking classes and offers demonstrations to people of all ages.

The program is funded by a grant from the JFNA Center on Aging and Trauma and the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ in conjunction with the Union Y.

To register to receive the Zoom link, ingredient list, and recipes to follow along with Sylvia, email info@jfscentralnj.org or call (908) 352-8375.
