KLEIN-SPITZER
Harriet and Paul Klein of Maplewood announce the engagement of their son, Andrew Jonas, to Emma Alice Spitzer, daughter of Linda and Stephan Spitzer of Brookeville, Md.
Mr. Klein, a 2000 graduate of Columbia High School, received his bachelor’s degree in economics and philosophy from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, and his master’s degree in occupational therapy from Columbia University. He is a pediatric occupational therapist at the Rebecca School in Manhattan.
Ms. Spitzer received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Mt. Holyoke College and her master’s degree in occupational therapy from Columbia University, where the couple met. She is an occupational therapist in the spinal cord unit of the Bronx Veterans’ Administration Hospital.
A July 2012 wedding is planned.
