Lamdeinu marks Yom Ha’Atzmaut

On Thursday, May 5, Lamdeinu will offer a special women’s Yom Ha’Atzmaut celebration in honor of Israel’s 74th anniversary, both in person and on Zoom. Beginning at 9 a.m., there will be prayers and Hallel songs, led by Ann Shinnar. At 10:30, Dr. Marsha Edelman will lead Shirei Eretz Yisrael. Two Israeli movies showing life in modern day Israel will follow, along with a discussion led by Alisa Danon Kaplan.
