Leonora Flowerman
Leonora “Libby” Rosenberg Flowerman, 86, of Far Hills died Sept. 9, 2012. She resided in Brooklyn and Westbury, NY, before moving to Far Hills 38 years ago.
Mrs. Flowerman helped found the Jewish Family Service of MetroWest and maintained a private therapist practice in Bernardsville.
She graduated from Brooklyn College with a biology degree and Adelphi University with a social work degree, and received an advanced therapy certification from Ackerman Institute and Child Guidance with Salvatore Minuchin.
She was a member of Temple B’nai Or, Morristown, since 1972.
Predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Marvin, in 2007, she is survived by her children, Amy and Paul; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services were held Sept. 10. Memorial contributions may be made to Peaceful Living, 2210 Shelly Road, Suite 2, Harleysville, PA 19438.
