Letting go

Considering the outdated, harmful positions and activities of the fervently Orthodox in Israel, I was very pleasantly surprised to read Rabbi Richard Hirsh’s message, “Letting go of the past” (A Touch of Torah, Dec. 20). If only we all learned the lesson of not being trapped in the past it would lead to a better world.
