Livingston woman seeks kidney donor

GAIL KORKHIN of Livingston is in need of a kidney transplant and is seeking a live donor. Donors must be healthy individuals of any blood type.

Korkhin, a former legal assistant, is a wife and mother of one daughter. Her kidney failure began in 2012 from the effects of long-term medication, according to her GoFundMe campaign.

All medical expenses of prospective donors will be covered by Korkhin’s insurance. Interested parties are asked to contact Renewal, a Jewish-founded resource center on kidney disease and donation, at 718-431-9831.
