Lucile G. Friedman
Lucile G. Friedman of Tamarac, Fla., died June 6, 2011. Born in Brooklyn, she lived in Lake Hiawatha for more than 40 years before retiring to Florida.
Mrs. Friedman was a bookkeeper and a homemaker.
She was president of Hadassah, the PTA of Parsippany Troy Hills, and Deborah Hospital Women’s Organization, and a member of Jewish Women’s International. She was an active member of the Lake Hiawatha Center, where she created many new programs.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Murray; three daughters, Sharon Acierno, Terri Friedman, and Leslie Dickens; and her granddaughter.
Services were held June 9 with arrangements by Hudson Memorial Chapel, Delray Beach, Fla.
