MARDER
Eileen and Hank Marder of Warren and Margate celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a 1950s-inspired party, including an Elvis impersonator, at the Grand Summit Hotel on May 15. They were married May 29, 1961, at the Clinton Manor in Newark.
Mrs. Marder (nee Solomon), formerly of Newark, and Dr. Marder, who was raised in Elizabeth, met in Bradley Beach. Dr. Marder has practiced dentistry for over 40 years in Cranbury and is a grand master educator at UMDNJ, Newark.
They are the parents of four daughters, Jill Birnberg and her husband Michael of Short Hills, Amy Favina of Warren, Dori Marder of Warren, and Lisa Brody and her husband Jeffrey of Short Hills. They also have 10 grandchildren ranging in age from seven to 18.
