Mr. Dukas and his wife founded Bernadette Designs, a bridal-wear manufacturer in New York.
He was a longtime member of Congregation Beth Sholom, Teaneck.
He is survived by his wife; his daughter, Deborah Lesser of West Orange; his son, Richard of Teaneck; his sister, Berthe Bloch of Paris; and five grandchildren.
Services were held May 22 with arrangements by Gutterman and Musicant Jewish Funeral Directors, Hackensack.
