Melvin Denholtz
Dr. Melvin Denholtz, 88, a resident of Livingston since 1958, died Feb. 12, 2016.
Dr. Denholtz was a longtime dentist in Livingston as well as an award-winning artist. During his career he helped build the Livingston Professional Building on Route 10.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Elaine; two sons, Jeffrey (Roni) and Steven (Jennifer); his daughter, Lisa (the late Michael) Silber; a sister, Nona Fried; and seven grandchildren.
Private services were held Feb. 14 with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston. Memorial contributions may be made to Michael J. Fox Parkinson’s Foundation or UJA Foundation.
