Model seder celebrates women
Everyone received a tambourine to sing Miriam’s Song
The Garden State region of the Women’s League for Conservative Judaism held a model seder at Temple Beth O’r Beth Torah of Clark. About 70 women, ranging in age from 5 to 95, were there. Activities included a workshop on creating homemade Miriam’s cups, a Haggadah reading focused on women’s issues and inclusivity, and a d’var Torah by Rabbi Ellen Wolintz-Fields.
