Nellie Charney

Nellie Goodman Charney, 99, of Whippany died Oct. 18, 2010. Born in London, she lived in Brooklyn and East Hanover before moving in 2001 to Whippany.

Predeceased by her husband, Stanley, in 1992, she is survived by her son, Howard of Northridge, Calif.; her daughter, Carol Rosenblatt of West Orange, formerly of Livingston; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Services were held Oct. 22 with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston.
