Paul Seligman
Paul Seligman, 82, of Morristown died Nov. 21, 2013. He was born in Manhattan and lived in the Morristown area for the past 28 years.
Mr. Seligman was retired from his position as a systems analyst for the Securities Industry Automation Corporation, where he worked for over 20 years. Prior to that, he held posts at IBM and various brokerage firms.
He held a BA from Bard College and an MBA from New York University.
A dedicated researcher and writer, he published an article in the “International Journal of Portfolio Management” and wrote an unpublished book, Why Stocks Go Down and Up.
He was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict.
He is survived by his wife, Constance “Connie” (Allentuck); two daughters, Emily Seligman and Ann Seligman-Starr (Michael); his son, James (Mouna); and two grandchildren.
Services were held Nov. 24 with arrangements by J.L. Apter Memorial Chapels of Dover. Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association or Congregation Beth Hatikvah, Summit.
