PEREIRA-RAVSKI
Douglas Pereira, son of Ronnie Bowen of Mountain Lakes and Jacksonville, Fla., and Abel Pereira of Sao Paulo, Brazil, was married Oct. 15, 2011, to Flavia Ravski, daughter of Tita and Dr. Alexandre Ravski of Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
The ceremony was performed by Rabbi Jeffrey Falick at the Jacksonville residence of Ronnie and Hardy Bowen.
Mr. Pereira, who grew up in Rockaway, received his bachelor of arts at New York University and his MBA at Yale University. He is marketing manager of Solar Photovoltaics at DuPont in Wilmington, Del.
Mrs. Ravski Pereira earned her undergraduate degree in economics at the Federal University of Minas Gerais and her MBA from Yale University. She works at Emerson in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., developing international business expansion strategies.
The couple resides in Philadelphia.
