Rachel Coalition to host annual community education luncheon
The Rachel Coalition, the domestic violence division of Jewish Family Service of MetroWest NJ, hosts its annual community education program in Whippany on October 9. It’s funded in part by the Florin Education series. Registration opens at 9 a.m., breakfast follows. At 10, the documentary “This is Where I Learned Not to Sleep” will be screened.
A panel discussion moderated by JFS’s clinical director, Marianne McCrone, will follow. Panel members will be retired Nashville police officer Lt. Mark Wynn, documentary filmmaker Kirsten Kelly, and Suzanne Groisser, director of Rachel Coalition Legal Services.
Luncheon proceeds will support the Rachel Coalition, the domestic violence division of Jewish Family Service of MetroWest New Jersey.
