Richard N. Hermann
Richard N. Hermann, 77, of Princeton died Nov. 1, 2010. Born in New York City, he was a former resident of Woodland Hills, Calif., and Edgemont, NY, before moving back to New York City.
Mr. Hermann was a business executive at United Mechanics and Manufactuers Company and later a partner in Originit, a textile converter in New York City and Fashion Printing, a textile print plant in Concord, NC, until he retired.
He was a graduate of the Bronx High School of Science and the University of Bridgeport, Conn.
He is survived by his wife, Bernice Lipton Hermann; two sons, Jeffrey and Robert; two daughters, Susanne Engel and Allison Craigie; a sister, Helene Spector of Rochester, NY; and eight grandchildren.
Private services were held with arrangements by Orland’s Ewing Memorial Chapel, Ewing. Memorial contributions may be made to the Garment Center Congregation, New York City, and Congregation Beth Chaim, Princeton Junction.
