Robert Grill
Robert Grill, 93, of Deal died May 6, 2011. He was born in the Bronx and raised in Brooklyn.
Mr. Grill was a CPA for over 40 years and licensed in both New York and New Jersey. After retiring as a CPA, he became a licensed real estate broker for Sonya Grill Real Estate, Deal, where he worked for many years as an accountant.
He graduated from City College of New York and received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School, and was admitted to the New York Bar.
He was a World War II veteran who served in the U.S. Army’s China-Burma-India Theater.
He was a member of the Jewish War Veterans and CPA Society of NY and NJ and a longtime member of Temple Beth El.
He is survived by his wife, Sonya.
Services were held May 6 with arrangements by Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, Ocean. Memorial contributions may be made to American Friends of Alyn Hospital or the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.
